Barracuda backpackers is situated 500 meters from the beach and next to
Park Beach Plaza shopping centre
(the largest shopping centre between Sydney and the Gold Coast).
The hostel has 14 rooms with a mixture of Doubles, Twins, 4 bed dorms
and 6 bed dorms.
There is a communal kitchen for the guests with 2 ovens, plenty of
cupboard space and refrigerators,
Austar TV, and comfortable lounge area with a pool table.
Separate male and female showers and toilets are located near the
bedrooms.
Outside is a swimming pool and BBQ area with tables and lounge chairs.
A laundry is available at the back with coin operated machines.
Car parking is available on site with up to 10 cars being able to be
parked.
A 3 bedroom and separate office or additional bedroom is upstairs and
has its own kitchen, bathroom and lounge area.
With a security camera system which monitors the hostel.
Land area is 1000m2 and the building has fitted smoke detectors and
complies with all Coffs Harbour regulations.
Walk in walk out operator is required,
the building and location would make an excellent surf school if you
have experience in that field.
