- Bsale will confirm your listing by email.
- The business/property is registered under state law and you are the rightful owner of said business.
- In the case of partnerships all parties agree to advertisement.
- Agents and Business Brokers act on behalf of business/property with written consent from owner.
- Professional advice has been sought in relation to the value of the said business/property
- Information will be published on Bsale once payment has been received.
- Bsale reserves the right to transfer information prior to payment being received.
- Limit of 10 photos and a logo per advertisement.
- Extension of advertising period is available at Bsale discretion
- Bsale has the right to remove listing within listing period if contact details phone/email are no longer connected
- Bsale reserves the right to suspend listing if text/photos considered offensive
- Bsale will not act on behalf of any business in regard to the sale of business
- Businesses Owner or Broker to cancel listing when Sold or Withdrawn from sale
- Photos remain the property of Bsale and we reserve the right to use for promotional purposes
- Agents/Brokers to use separate registration form per listing
- Bsale internet advertising is subject to the actions of other parties in regard to web access and availability.
- Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on as "as is" and "as available" basis
