Paolo's professional experience covers a wide range of areas including financial & cash flow, due diligence, acquisition, business planning, start-ups. Over the years Paolo has worked on numerous projects for a variety of clients. In the early 1990's he was a founding member of a successful Chartered Accountant firm as well as a Business Advisory firm in Milan-Italy.
After relocating to New Zealand in 1997, Paolo worked in a different area of businesses in Auckland (Founder and Director of the Auckland office of an International non-profit organisation, import/distribution, food manufacturing, business broker, investments analysis for overseas investors). Paolo's business broking career started in 2005 when he joined one of Auckland's largest brokerage firms, handling a variety of businesses within manufacturing, professional services, hospitality, import & distribution, food manufacturing and IT industry.
Coming from a chartered accounting background, Paolo has a strong ethical sense, showing dedication to completing work to the highest standard and ambition to achieve the best for his clients. He is an analytical thinker, with the ability to solve complex problems. He is passionate about food and food manufacturing and is currently partner in a niche market food manufacturing business. In his previous European life he enjoyed being a private pilot, a keen alpine skier and tramper.
