We are a Vegetarian Organic Sour Dough Bakery & Cafe, the only vegetarian eatery in the area. 
 
After a fire 2004 we reopened in new premises and the business is growing with strong local support and tourist trade. The new bakery is built where the old bakery used to be but with about 50% more space and a new long multiple option lease. 
Also all of our equipment was bought new or quality 2nd hand so there is a high equipment value. We will provide training to the new owner/s in bread making,
food preparation, cakes, pies etc. so no current experience are needed
just a willingness to work hard in a beautiful country setting.
We expect such training will take from 1 - 2 months.
