V.I.P. began in Adelaide in 1972 when during his sales rounds as a door-to-door Electrolux salesman; our founder, owner and Chairman, Bill Vis offered his lawn mowing services to his customers. This proved a popular and successful decision. Before he knew it, Bill was making more money in one day mowing lawns than a lot of people were making during their normal working week.
This principle still applies today. The majority of V.I.P. franchisees are still making an above average income and some have built businesses that employ over 20 people, with a staggering turnover of more than $800,000 per annum. HOW YOU MAKE YOUR MONEY
There are existing franchisees earning six figure incomes, and some who just work a few days a week but who are able to support the lifestyle they want to lead. It just depends on what you want your business to become. You choose the division in which you want to purchase a franchise, and you are trained in how to run a successful business and provide your customers with the services they need.
SERVICES
V.I.P. Franchisees provide a wide range of services to their customers. We train you on how to provide the ‘V.I.P. treatment' to customers so that you pick up referrals from your customers.
FLAT FEE
V.I.P. franchisees pay a flat monthly fee to cover marketing, communication and admin costs. We do not charge commission or a per lead fee, there is therefore an incentive for each franchisee to work harder and smarter without the fear of paying us a percentage of their turnover.
BUYBACK SCHEME
V.I.P. buys back jobs from franchisees, enabling them to consolidate their travelling time, and have more time making money. The buyback rate is 10x the weekly value of the job, so if you service a job once a week for $100, then V.I.P. pays you $1000 for the right to service that customer, conditions apply.
LIFE / WORK BALANCE
We believe your life should come before work - Life / Work Balance. As your own boss, you are free to work the hours that suit your lifestyle. This means that if you don't want to work weekends, you don't have to. If you want to work 60 hour weeks in order to earn even more money, you can. If you want to drive your kids to school, you are free to. You choose the hours which you wish to work and V.I.P. works with you to achieve your goals.
You are in charge of your own business; you quote the work to ensure you receive the price you want, you schedule your day to ensure you work the hours you want to work, and you collect your money from clients. SUPPORT
Our National support staff have each owned their own franchise, and have experienced the highs and lows of running a franchise, so are qualified to help you to grow your business to its full potential. Our State support staff are experienced in helping their regions franchisees to build their business and train them on all facets of small business.
MARKETING
V.I.P. undertakes marketing on a national basis, ensuring that V.I.P. is able to achieve economies of scale that a local operator would not. V.I.P. ensures that the V.I.P. brand is constantly top of consumers mind through use of the traditional media and local area marketing.
TRAINING
V.I.P. provides you with up to 4 weeks training with an experienced franchisee. The franchisee will teach you everything you need to know from how to perform the tasks required, bookkeeping, and everything in between.

Stage One - Phone interview with your Regional Franchise Manager
Stage Two - Face to face meeting with your Regional Franchise Manager
Stage Three - Spend a day in the field with a current franchisee so that you can experience the enjoyment of working for yourself, earning your own money and working your own hours
Stage Four - Face to face meeting with your Regional Franchise Manager to discuss your day in the field experience and other questions you may have
Stage Five - You join V.I.P. and are on your way down the red carpet to realising your social, financial and lifestyle goals
