Victory Signs was established in Geraldton approximately 20 years ago. It has been run
from the current premises for the past 15 years. My wife and I have owned it for the last
13 years. The premises are leased, with the current agreement due to expire in October
2012. The landlords have in the past been keen to keep stable tenants so are likely to
offer a 3 year term. Being situated at 24 Sanford St we are very close to the centre of
Geraldton. It is currently run by myself. An extensive list of customers exists, mostly being long term customers. With our extensive plant and equipment range we are able to provide
services from traditional signwriting through to wide format digital printing, including a full installation service.

Geraldton is well placed to supply services to the expanding mining industry to the east.
The new Oakagee Port complex is nearing completion of the planning phase. If this
project comes to fruition there will be very big spin-offs for the Geraldton community.
The ASKAP is in the last stages of the selection process with Australia and South Africa
vying for the right to build this huge scientific structure. It will also be established to the
east of Geraldton.
