• All advertising information supplied to bsale is to be true and accurate.
• bsale will confirm your listing, alterations and withdrawal by email
• The business/property is registered under state law and you are the rightful owner of said business.
• In the case of partnerships all parties agree to advertisement.
• Agents and Business Brokers act on behalf of business with written consent from owner
• Professional advice has been sought in relation to the value of the said property/business.
• Information will be transferred to buyer’s section of bsale.com.au once payment has been received.
• bsale.com.au reserves the right to transfer information prior to payment being received.
• Limit of two photos per advertisement.
• Extension of 18 month advertising period is available at bsale discretion
• Bsale has the right to remove any listing within 18 months if contact details phone/email are no longer connected
• bsale will not act on behalf of any business in regard to the sale of any business
• Businesses are to notify bsale by email of the sale/withdrawal of their business
• Photos remain the property of bsale and will not be returned
• Agents/Brokers to use separate registration form per listing
• bsale internet advertising is subject to the actions of other parties in regard to web access and availability.
