PACK & SEND offers 4 weeks comprehensive training, starting with a 2 week induction training program covering every aspect of owning & operating a PACK & SEND Service Centre and managing customer online parcel bookings. There is 1 week in a Corporate Owned Service Centre to gain 'hands on' experience. The 4th week of training is delivered onsite when you are trading in your Service Centre.
PACK & SEND’s online learning academy (POWER), regular meetings and the national Conference are an integral part of the world class ongoing training.
PACK & SEND seeks entrepreneurial sales and customer service focussed Franchisees that value a culture of ‘No Limits’. You will require a desire to go the extra mile for your customers with your ‘No Limits’ culture to Customer Service!
There is no need to have experience in freight or logistics; in fact many of our most successful franchisees came into the business without any freight background.

Our Business model is based on adding value to our suppliers’ freight services (courier, road, air, and sea freight carriers) and then reselling them under our brand via multiple sales channels.
Our sales channels include Retail Service Centres, Logistics Service Centres, Online, Phone and vans. Our multi-channel approach, together with our wide selection of transport and packaging solutions means we provide more choice than any other player in the market place.
