Shepparton Pallets is a CHEP Australia Agency. The business undertakes the repair and washing of timber and plastic pallets along with the distribution of IBC (Intermediate Bulk Containers) equipment which is predominantly collapsible steel and plastic boxes and bins used for the transportation of solids and liquids.
Shepparton Pallets is responsible for all CHEP equipment held on site and the accurate recording of movements in and out of the site.
An excellent opportunity exists for an interested party to first enter into a Management Agreement with the current business owner, and then to become the owner of the business.
The Management Agreement will run for a 6 to 12 month period during which time the Manager will be responsible to the vendor company and will carry out the operations of the site and ensure compliance by the company with the CHEP Agreement.
The vendor will sub-lease the premises along with the plant and equipment to the Manager for the duration of the Management Agreement, after which time ownership of all assets will pass to the Manager.
Once the Manager has committed to the purchase, the Manager will be entitled to the annual profit of the business and be required to pay the owner a fee for the period of the Management Agreement. The “balance” of the purchase price will be payable once the Manager has secured a new Standard Service Provider Agreement with CHEP. The Management Agreement will then come to an end and the Manager will take ownership of the plant and equipment on site.
