Our company has both in-shore and off-shore luxury boats and leisure craft that are stylish, high quality and affordable for the discerning Australian market. In fact, we have really broken through price barriers without compromising quality and given this demand, we have ramped up production for 2021 along with introducing new boats into the mix. In terms of use, our customers use our boats for cruising, skiing, fishing or just relaxing on board with a beer or bubbles and a few snags on the BBQ. They come fully equipped with amenities and perform amazingly well on the water. They also just look incredible! With COVID still looming, we have released exclusive dealership rights in your State or Territory with the aim to make it easier for customers view, demo and purchase our boats - without interstate travel. So, if you have sales or boat experience and love recreational boating, we'd love to hear from you. Our dealer margins are very good and you can see the potential returns in our financial modelling (Cash Flows). However, if you wish to obtain the exclusive rights, you will need to apply and be approved. If you are approved, there is a once off dealership fee starting at $199,000 +GST for 10 years or $249,000 +GST for 20 years. There are no annual fees or royalties payable. Stock of course is additional although you should be able to finance stock-in-trade for sale and demo purposes. If you do become a dealer, we will build, fit and supply the boats 'as ordered' directly to you from our facility. So, there is nothing to do really except take delivery and arrange handover to the customer. You will be provided dealer pricing, product support, sales and promo material, along with access to all future boats in development.
