Shumit Banerjee, as Administrator, is seeking expressions of interest for the sale of an established manufacturing business of custom agricultural and mining equipment in Queensland. The following are key merits of the business:

- established network of clientele and suppliers developed over 7 years the business has been operating;

- services predominately the agricultural, industrial and landscaping industries;

- custom builds or modifies existing machinery to meet client’s brief;

- agriculture and earth moving equipment manufactured at the Company’s north Brisbane facility; and

- engages 7 skilled personnel which are led by an experienced management team.

An Information Package will be provided to parties who execute a Confidentiality Deed and provide a refundable bond of $10,000. Expressions of interest with a refundable 10% deposit are required by 4:00pm on 17 February 2021.
