The Little Cha franchisees will receive an abundance of support and training from head office. Two weeks of initial in-store training will be provided so that franchisees can hit the ground running and be confident upon opening. Ongoing support and consumer marketing will also be provided by The Little Cha TEAm.
The brand has been created specifically to target the Australian population. Australians love anything fresh, fruity and trendy. The Little Cha TEAm have combined those three things into one brand. Not to mention, the popularity of Asian brands and concepts in Australia. As a nation we are very open to trying new things. We have a goal to become a core part of the Australian lifestyle and are well on our way to achieving that with around 70% of The Little Cha customer-base originating from a westernised culture. After running 10 company owned stores, The Little Cha Founder has refined the systems and operations to run as smoothly as can be. Staff numbers can be kept relatively low and the model also allows for low rent / or leasing costs. The recipes are simple and the systems are straightforward! The team has done all of the homework for you and you’ll be entering a business model that has truly been tried and tested.
The Little Cha has seen solid growth in New South Wales and Western Australia since their first opening in 2017, with ten existing stores that are all currently company owned. The brand intends to solidify its presence across Australia, with a focus on expansion in regional locations.
