We have a goal to become a core part of the Australian lifestyle and are well on our way to achieving that with around 70% of The Little Cha customer-base originating from a westernised culture. After running 10 company owned stores, The Little Cha Founder has refined the systems and operations to run as smoothly as can be. Staff numbers can be kept relatively low and the model also allows for low rent / or leasing costs. The recipes are simple and the systems are straightforward! The team has done all of the homework for you and you’ll be entering a business model that has truly been tried and tested.
The Little Cha has seen solid growth in New South Wales and Western Australia since their first opening in 2017, with ten existing stores that are all currently company owned. The brand intends to solidify its presence across Australia, with a focus on expansion in regional locations.
