With a passion for Japanese tradition, a head full of crazy-innovative business ideas and a desire to bring our 'Motto Motto Grade' to the world of fast-casual dining we have created a japanese inspired brand what you don't need to dress up for, but delivers the type of food you’d expect to see in a restaurant where a dinner jacket is dress du jour!

We have six motto-awesome kitchens across Queensland and New South Wales. Kitchens in Queensland include Indooroopilly, Sunshine Plaza, Chermside, Pacific Fair & Garden City. Our NSW location is at Macquarie Centre.
Motto Motto Owners will be supported by expert leadership. We have a passionate Founder & Managing Director who has appointed senior executives in operations & training, finance, marketing, franchising and menu innovation. We even have our very own Executive Chef!
You will receive hands-on experience with initial & ongoing in-store training, menu & product development, supply chain, as well as ongoing mentoring and proven business processes.
Motto Motto has a strong visual identity and excellent marketing strategies backed by carefully-selected agencies. The brand & marketing team will help to deliver strategic local marketing campaigns and promote your new kitchen. In addition, Owners will also benefit from national brand campaigns, social media strategy and digital advertising.
Digital media and public relations plays a big part in Motto Motto’s brand and marketing strategy and you will have access to a whole suite of creative elements to engage your customers.
