How does the sellers legal assistance service work?

Once you have processed the payment, you will be sent a questionnaire and a representative from Aspect Legal will contact you to begin the process of reviewing your business and preparing the necessary sale documents. Aspect Legal will work directly with you through the process of preparing the business, drafting a contract of sale and during the negotiation process with the buyer.
