Jim has been involved in the Management Rights industry since 1998. A 30 year career, rising through the ranks to a senior operation position in the NZ Fire Service preceded this. With 5 years of owning and running two complexes he obtained a full Real Estate Licence and switched to full time sales of Management Rights in 2003. With a few hundred complexes listed and sold over time has established him as one of the stronger and longest serving Brokers in Brisbane with the highest level of Personal Service Guaranteed.
