This high quality and fast-growing industrial and commercial cleaning business services a range of blue-chip clients nationally with commercial and industrial cleaning contracts.
The business is just about to embark on a new Franchise system roll-out, and an outstanding opportunity exists for a driven, experienced and senior sales professional or partnership to join the company as a Sales Director in a Contractual arrangement to drive the marketing support model and program for the new Franchisee network.
The Sales Director is expected to take a contractual stakeholding interest (under your own contracting entity) and will be incentivised based on results achieved in supporting and building on the company's stellar growth path and business plan.
The Sales Director function contract will be accompanied by a retainer payable to your contracting entity, with the balance of remuneration contractually performance-based. You will have the opportunity to earn long-term royalties, subject to performance.
You as the ‘Principal’ of the proposed contracting entity must have senior sales management experience or strongly complementary experience in order for the company to consider you for this Sales Director functional contract. You must have experience in building and growing high-performance teams, as you will have autonomy to build your own team within your contracting entity to support your contractual deliverables.
Please note that an initial contractual stakeholder fee will be payable by the successful applicant for the contractual rights to this unique and exciting opportunity. This fee is negotiable.
