At Hecho we are a fresh, youthful and a little bit playful. We're big believers in community, and want to serve our customers only the freshest and the best food & drinks, with our own little twist.
One of the hardest things that new businesses struggle with is developing a brand. And a good brand at that. We have done the hard work for you! Hecho en Mexico is a name known across Melbourne for bringing authentic flavours to the most popular eat streets and suburbs, loved most by families and young professionals! Ongoing marketing support is provided.
The Hecho team are committed to seeing their franchisees succeed, and will provide the best training programmes that a franchisee could ask for. Training will take place in one of the four existing Melbourne restaurants and run for 5-6 weeks. You will hit the ground running and be confident in your ability to succeed once training is complete. After opening, the founders will be present and available for advice and support.
Candidates wanting to join Hecho en Mexico have to be driven and ambitious, their goals should never stop growing! They encompass humility and are willing to work hard to see the brand succeed. We want someone who understands culture and is approachable to staff members, customers and suppliers.
