My name is Jason, I have built this business up over 13yrs here on the Coffs Coast. Sushi wrap n roll (SWR) is a brand new shop build and premium location within Toormina Gardens shopping center and is the result of a relocation and a new lease that has been negotiated to benefit the business greatly.
SWR has been set up with the franchise model in mind BUT without the fees to pay and i will always give support if needed down the track. About The Business
What we do is simple, we sell 80% hand rolls (California style sushi rolls) which are automatically rolled by our Suzumo sushi robot. Along with rice paper rolls, rice boats and more. The business has a full shop management manual complete with visual aids,daily prep lists, daily production,daily budgeting, open & close lists, cleaning schedules and a daily overall management sheet.
A full fleet of Suzumo equipment is on hand to do all the hard work, everything from cooking the rice, cooling the rice, sushi Rolling and also a slicer to create sushi lunch packs and platters for catering with ease. The kiosk has state of the art point of sale that will give you a report for anything you want and can be accessed remotely. There is also overhead surveillance cameras that can be viewed via a smart phone or pc to monitor everything from staff efficiency to display levels. A great tool for remote managing the shop when juniors are on.
All refrigeration, displays are brand new with new waranties in place.

we open 7 days, and generally thats what we trade to maximise turnover, however, i have negotiated in my lease that it is not compulsory for me to open Sundays or any Public Holidays.
the business runs on 4 staffincluding me, only two are needed at any given time. Wages are 17%
Turnover is estimated for 2019/20 to be 470-500K
Cost of goods including food, pacaging and all consumables are 22% of sales (78% GP)
Rent is $31,500 which equates to7%
wages are 17% solid..., with a couple working the business would reduce to 10% or less. I am a sole operator doing 35hrs each week.

The shop has its own corporate logo which is reflected across all point of sale, catering brochures and pricing stickers in display to create a total consistency and a uniform display and image.
I will provide full training and 12 months ongoing support promised and beyond if needed.
If a couple were to take it on, you could effectively add 50K plus to the bottom line. At present, the bottom line % to me take home is 27%.
there is opportunity to get on board with school canteens and really promote the wholesale side with local resort catering and event catering. The equipment is on hand and there to be maximised.

About The Area
I have had a Demographic study done by a company called "FOOD MARKETING" before re-investing with this new shop. The area has strong growth and the demographic is "hi convenience foods" with correct price pointing. This study is on hand and is a part of the shop sale.
